Our thoughts are in a continuous flow.
Note that we take some of our thoughts as "just thoughts" as we.
"The truth" other than under Why we thought, 'There should be
different "or" It could be different, "to be true, and not just
a thought?
If you're like me, you can not find in
your immediate and direct experience, no reason to conclude that "it could
/ should be different" is the truth. In other words, we have assumed that
the true faith! Why not treat it as a simple thought that we find that it is
grounded in the reality of our direct experience?
Ask yourself: "What's the" It
"in" should / could be different Can you do something different from
your direct experience now no "understanding"?
It is easy to see that someone would
want to experience this moment, to be different, as the experiment is very
painful. However, it should or could be different just because we want it?
Really?
What happens when you are in pain, and
you think, "He should / could it be otherwise?" Does the thought of
using and is it better? Or is it to add your emergency?
Clear to see that your experience
everything and if anything it is that no matter what you want, and it can not
be otherwise, because it's what it is.
Now look, and you'll see exactly clear
that your experience at this time is not exactly the same as your experience
was. In other words, your experience in every moment. So your experience will
be different in an instant. This is because the saying "This too shall
pass" refers to.
Ask yourself: "Is my life not of
experiences and adventures, which I do not I want to, or could my life or the
life of someone to have only experiences are done together I want, and is a
life experience? I'm just really desirable? "
When we see clearly, that may not be the
experience of the present moment as it is, and it should not could come to be
different, is the actual experience of pain, but the extra pain (alas) comes to
believe that "it should / could it be disappearing. " In other words,
we are still in pain, but we're not unhappy.
Sydney Banks used to say. "We have
an idea of happiness at any time, if you find just the thought" Well,
here's the only thought that robs us of our happiness is, or if we are in pain.
Pain is inevitable. No accident.
